Starting from the car park, 5 ramblers set out on our 10.5 mile walk which followed the Angidy Valley, with plenty of evidence of the area’s rich industrial heritage, including the ruins of the old Abbey Tintern Furnace. We then made our way north towards the quiet village of Cleddon and its attractive waterfall. From there, the route turned south through Bargain Wood and Botany Bay Wood, where we have never seen so many bluebells. Finally, we joined the Wye Valley Walk for the return to the car park. A fabulous walk with plenty of sunshine.
