Canal Ramble, 09 December 2023
The dismal weather didn’t put off 11 lucky ramblers (including welcome guest Eloise) on our near-8 mile walk today. The gusting wind soon blew away the cobwebs and the clouds as we made our way from Llangynidr alongside the Canal in brightening weather. The miles swiftly passed and soon Talybont hove into view and we settled down for luncheon by the White Hart Inn. All too soon, it was time to turn back and retrace our steps back to the car park. A big thanks to Morfedd for a perfect wintertime walk and to all for the great company!
