11 ramblers set off for llangores mountain on a day that threatened rain. From the lake we walked through the village to the farmlands. We then climbed to the top of Mynydd Llangors stopping half way after a short steep climb for a cuppa. After reaching the summit, we had lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The weather stayed dry for lunch but we could see in the distance the rain coming in so it was time for coats before we continued across the ridge. We came down the opposite side of the mountain and luckily the weather improved and it was coats off again before continuing back to the village. We then had a refreshing pint the Red Lion before going home. Thanks to Martina for stepping in for Caroline.
